9/11 First Responder John Feal & the FEALGOOD FOUNDATION Proudly Announces Unique Collaboration with TALL ORDER

New York, NY, September 4, 2019 - Founder John Feal said today, “I am thrilled to partner with two 9/11 twins who, sixteen years later, founded their own company, Tall Order in honor of their hero, their father Andrew Friedman who perished in the North Tower during the September 11, 2001 terrorist attack.  At 6’9” & 6’11” the brothers have always stood out for their size and, growing up, are were even commonly -referred to as the Twin Towers.

Co-founder Mike Friedman agrees, “After 9/11, people from across America and the world opened their hearts to support our family through this horrible tragedy.  We always felt it was a ‘Tall Order’ to honor our father and pay it forward to other communities facing traumatic loss, including the 9/11 first responders who face financial hardships due their selfless acts of heroism.”

Mike’s twin brother and business partner, Dan Friedman added, “To our family socks have always represented hope.  At the age of eleven, my brother and I took to the streets of NYC and passed out dry, clean socks to the brave first responders to offer comfort to their damp, weary, and tired feet.  Years later, huddled around our dinner table, a casual family conversation sparked a new business venture, and again, socks were at the core.”

Tall Order is a dynamic sock company with fun, colorful and fashionable 3D-printed socks for all men regardless of their height in sizes 9-11, 12-15, and 16-20.  These premium socks can accommodate slim to wide calves with a special band at the top to prevent sagging.  The bright blue emblem emblazoned on the ankles of each pair (symbolizing the Twin Towers and beautiful sky on Sept. 11) serves as a reminder to every man who dons a pair of Tall Order socks, that it is his personal responsibility to also pay it forward and continue Mike and Dan’s commitment of helping others.

Today, John, Mike and Dan are honored to introduce a new exciting sock designed with the official FealGood Diversity logo.  For the first time, they are manufacturing a cushioned-lined, special edition dress/lifestyle sock. 50% of sales of these limited-edition socks will be donated to the FealGood Foundation.

Since its inception, Tall Order has committed a percentage of their profits to Tuesday’s Children, a 501-c3 created in the aftermath of the terrorist attack of September 11, 2001 and their mission to help other communities facing traumatic loss including Gold Star Families.
